Step 2 — First Response Within 48 Hours
A senior DMC specialist personally reviews your briefing. Within 48 business hours, you'll receive a response—not automated, but a thoughtful confirmation that your needs have been understood, alongside clarifying questions and a preliminary assessment of viability. From this moment, you have a named, dedicated point of contact.
Step 3 — Tailored Proposal
Based on your brief and our initial discussion, we develop a comprehensive, bespoke proposal. This includes a day-by-day itinerary, curated accommodation options, unique cultural or corporate experiences, logistics, and a clear cost structure. Timelines are agreed upon during our first contact, typically ranging between 3 to 5 business days.
Step 4 — Refinement & Confirmation
We view our initial proposal as a starting point. We work collaboratively to fine-tune your itinerary, swap activities, adjust the budget, and secure your preferred suppliers. This iterative process is managed by your dedicated specialist—no hand-offs between departments. Once the program meets your vision, we issue a formal confirmation and secure all reservations.
Step 5 — On-the-Ground Execution
When your group arrives, we are there. A dedicated coordinator monitors the program from start to finish—airport, hotel, activities, and transfers. You have a 24/7 direct line to our team throughout. Within 48 hours of your group’s departure, we provide a post-program report summarizing the execution, addressing any operational notes, and sharing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
