Access to the Points of Interest API is available to registered business users only. By subscribing, you confirm that you are using the service for professional or commercial purposes.

Access to the full database is granted upon payment of the monthly subscription fee of €49.99. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

The data provided through this API may be used to enrich your own products, platforms, itineraries, and client proposals. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw data as a standalone product to third parties.

You may not use the API to scrape, mirror, or replicate the database in its entirety for redistribution. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service infrastructure.

All data, content, and documentation provided through the Points of Interest API is the intellectual property of InBound Portugal. No rights are transferred beyond those expressly granted by this subscription.

We strive to maintain consistent availability of the API. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In the event of termination due to a breach, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

The Points of Interest API database is curated and maintained by the InBound Portugal team. However, destination information — including opening hours, booking requirements, accessibility conditions, visit durations, and operational status — is subject to change without notice. InBound Portugal cannot guarantee that all records are current, complete, or error-free at any given time.

Users of this API are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of the data before incorporating it into any product, service, or client communication. We strongly recommend confirming critical operational details — such as booking requirements, access conditions, and seasonal availability — directly with the relevant venues or local authorities prior to use.

InBound Portugal shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or costs arising from reliance on information that is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in descriptions, coordinates, visit durations, or accessibility flags.

Where data references external venues, organisations, or websites, InBound Portugal has no control over the content or availability of those third-party sources and accepts no responsibility for them.
